1995

Dylan Semler, age nine, did the 90-Miler in 1995 with Jack, while Tom paired up with Jay. It was a remarkable feat by Dylan, who could not have done the race today at the same age, as no one under 10 is now permitted. Their time wasn’t bad, and not too far behind Tom and Jay. Both teams used Sundowners. It was one of the chillier races, judging from photos that show racers wearing their personal flotation devices under their shells for insulation.
The 1995 race followed the traditional route, in which Day One ends at Forked Lake campground.
